The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming house for rent in Pénestin, with sea views and direct access to the beach. It has a floor area of 160 m² and can accommodate up to 10 guests.

It comprises a 35 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a garden of around 3,200 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is included – we’re just waiting for you!

The various rooms in the house are spread over the ground floor and first floor.

On the ground floor, you’ll find:
- A 35 m² living room with a sofa, TV, fireplace and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with a bath
- A separate toilet

On the first floor, you will find:
- Bedroom 3: a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 4: two double beds (140×190) and one single bed (90×190)
- A bathroom with a bath

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

- Surrounded by the ocean, Pénestin offers sea lovers 25 kilometres of coastline.
- The listed site of the Mine d’Or and its golden cliffs, numerous fine sandy beaches, unspoilt coves and the small fishing port of Tréhiguier all provide natural backdrops to delight everyone.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park (5 vehicles). There is also a public car park 100 m away.

- Bus: the Lila Presqu’île bus network operates a network of routes connecting the coastal towns, the medieval town of Guérande, and neighbouring towns.
- Nearest railway stations: La Baule-Escoublac, approximately 28 km away; Le Pouliguen, approximately 27 km away; Le Croisic, approximately 33 km away.
- Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique, approximately 90 km away.

A car is ideal for making the most of the region.

- The fireplace is in working order; the first log fire is complimentary, whilst subsequent fires must be booked with the manager at an additional cost.
- Pets are welcome free of charge. Only one pet (cat or dog) is permitted. Please specify this when booking.
- The private staircase leading to the beach is steep and may not be suitable for all types of guests.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. We would be grateful if you could leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
