Old renovated granite house 170 m², 11 people, Wi-Fi, with equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets, 5 min walk from the port, creperies, restaurants and shops, 15 min walk from the TGV station (trains all year round), 10-15 min walk from the beaches (Saint-Jean de Dieu, les sables menus, Port-Lin) in a quiet environment and without vis-à-vis.
Large garden with trees 1700 m², enclosed, with parking for several cars or possibly boat on trailer, and two spaces in closed garage.
First floor: entrance, living room of 31 m², mezzanine of 10 m² with office, library, relaxation area and single bed 80x190 cm, equipped kitchen 14 m², veranda of 25 m², a bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, a bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed, a shower room and a separate toilet with washbasin.
First floor, landing, a bedroom with a 160x190cm bed, a bedroom with two 90x190 cm beds that can be joined, a bedroom with two bunk beds 90x190 cm, a bathroom and a separate toilet.

Le Croisic is a small peninsula where everything is accessible on foot; it is a seaside town with the wild coast and many beaches, an old centre built along the port, a pier and a jetty jutting out into the harbour of Le Croisic, "a small inland sea" (the Traict), and the salt marshes. This allows many activities: swimming, diving, sailing and fishing, kayaking, fishing on foot and also golf, tennis, hiking,... as well as visits and walks in Le Croisic and in the Guérande peninsula: the port and its old houses, the wild coast, the Océarium, the salt marshes, and a few km Guérande and its ramparts, the Pouliguen and the bay of La Baule, the Brière, Saint-Nazaire,..... maritime links with Hoedic, Houet and Belle-ile are daily in season.
