About this apartment rental

Spanning 40 m², the apartment features 3 well-laid-out rooms, including 2 bedrooms, a living area with a sofa nook and dining area, and an open kitchen that opens directly onto the living room. Thanks to its ground-floor location, the apartment is particularly easy to access.
Built in 2013 and renovated in 2025, the vacation rental combines practical amenities with homey comfort. In the living area, a sofa, armchairs, a dining table, and a TV with digital cable and international channels ensure relaxing moments. Wi-Fi is, of course, available. Underfloor heating and gas heating create a pleasant atmosphere in every season. Privacy screens on all windows, fly screens, and well-thought-out basic amenities further contribute to a carefree stay.
The kitchen is functionally equipped and offers everything you need for self-catering: a 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, dishes, silverware, and kitchen utensils. Dish towels and a starter kit are also provided. The bathroom features a window, shower, toilet, sink, mirror, makeup mirror, and hair dryer.
The outdoor area is particularly pleasant, with a covered patio, patio furniture, and a parasol. Here you can enjoy the view of the garden and a beautiful vista of the countryside. The rural location in the village of Loddin offers peace and relaxation without sacrificing good transportation connections. The train station and public transportation are only about 430 meters away; a restaurant is about 900 meters away, and shopping is about 1.85 kilometers away. The sandy beach and the sea are approximately 1.35 kilometers away, and the lake is about 1.2 kilometers away.
Children and babies are welcome, as are youth groups. Pets are also allowed; a maximum of 2 pets is permitted. Free private parking is available right at the accommodation, though a car is not absolutely necessary. Whether it’s a beach vacation, a family getaway, a romantic getaway for two, or active excursions combining nature, history, and relaxation—the Sonnenschein vacation rental is a wonderful starting point for a varied vacation on Usedom.
