Youth groups are not permitted in this accommodation, which underscores the quiet and well-maintained atmosphere of the house.
Upon entering, you’ll find an inviting living and dining area featuring an open kitchenette that creates a harmonious living space. A cozy sofa in front of the TV invites you to relax, while the dining table provides the perfect setting for shared meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster, as well as a comprehensive selection of dishes, silverware, and kitchen utensils. Everything has been thought of, from dish towels to trash cans. For added convenience, there is a shared washing machine, as well as a vacuum cleaner, Wi-Fi, and a smoke detector for your safety.
You can enjoy a good night’s sleep in the separate bedroom, which is equipped with bedding. The bathroom features a shower, a toilet, a sink, a mirror, hot water, towels, and a starter kit. The heating system ensures cozy warmth even on cooler days. A special highlight during the warmer months is access to the garden, which invites you to relax outdoors.
The apartment’s excellent location allows you to enjoy an active yet relaxing vacation. From your accommodation, the fine sandy beach of the Baltic Sea is just 500 meters away, making spontaneous dips in the cool water or long days by the sea a breeze. The train station is also just a 500-meter walk away. For everyday shopping, there’s a store 2,000 meters away, and a nearby hospital provides added peace of mind. The surrounding area is a paradise for active vacationers and is perfect for hiking, biking, and, of course, swimming. A cultural highlight nearby is the theater. You can, of course, park your car for free in a private parking lot that is available for your use.
Enjoy the benefits of a thoughtfully furnished vacation rental in a charming setting and book your stay in this cozy temporary home.
