Amenities include, among other things, a 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, as well as dishes, silverware, kitchen utensils, and dish towels. Bedding, towels, and a starter kit are already provided. Wi-Fi is available, as is a TV with digital cable and international channels.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, mirror, makeup mirror, hair dryer, and window.
