In your spacious, approximately 80-square-meter vacation apartment in Kelm’s coastal village, modern comforts await you on two floors—ideal for up to four people. On the first floor is the open-concept living area with a cozy sofa and a smart TV (flat-screen TV). The adjacent, fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and chairs offers everything you need for a relaxing self-catering stay: a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, and washing machine are all at your disposal.
The bright, naturally lit bathroom is equipped with two sinks, a toilet, and a walk-in shower, and features a window for natural ventilation.
A staircase with 15 steps leads to the upper floor, where two separate bedrooms await you: One is furnished with a cozy double bed and a spacious closet; the second has two single beds and a closet as well. In both bedrooms, blackout curtains and insect screens on the windows ensure a peaceful atmosphere and restful sleep.
A special highlight is the fully fenced-in patio, which is equipped with patio furniture and an umbrella—perfect for relaxing in the fresh air.
Of course, Wi-Fi, a private parking space, and bicycle storage are available to you free of charge.
Bedding and towels can be booked for an additional fee. A maximum of 3 pets per apartment are allowed and can also be booked. Cribs and high chairs are available upon request from the landlord.
