It is located in a detached building in a small village on Usedom—idyllically situated on the edge of the forest and yet only about 2 km from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach. With 65 m² of living space and a spacious 3,000 m² garden, it offers ideal conditions for families or couples seeking relaxation. The apartment is on the first floor and is part of a well-maintained vacation complex with a playground, a lawn for sunbathing, and a barbecue area.
