The Sonneninsel holiday resort is located in the Kölpinsee seaside resort and is located between the white sandy beach of the Baltic Sea and the idyllic banks of the backwaters.
The four houses in the holiday complex were newly built in 2018 and combine high-quality equipment with great comfort.
The attic apartment in the beach gull house is 65 m² and invites up to 4 people to spend their vacation there. The apartment is modern and furnished with attention to detail.
The elegantly furnished living room impresses with an open, high-quality kitchen with all technical equipment, a comfortable dining area and access to the 4.5 m² balcony with seating. Floor-to-ceiling window elements ensure a friendly room climate.
The apartment has a master bedroom with a 180x200 cm double bed and a second bedroom with 2 single beds each 80x190 cm.
The spacious bathroom is equipped with a floor-level shower.
The outdoor area is equipped with wellness loungers, a central grill fireplace and a covered seating area. For the little guests there is a trampoline, a table tennis table, a swing and a play house.
A parking space is located directly at the house. A lockable bicycle shed is available for bicycles brought with you.

Wir waren schon zum 3. Mal da und waren wieder rundum zufrieden mit der Ausstattung, der Sauberkeit und der Lage der Ferienwohnung. Der Service von ProHome hat auch diesmal von der Buchung bis zur Abreise ausgezeichnet funktioniert.

Die Schlüsselübergabe sollte über den Safe an der Ferienwohnung erfolgen und nicht im Büro in Koserw

Top Wohnung, der einzige Knackpunkt ist der verhältnismäßig kleine Balkon für die dafür viel zu großen Balkon-Möbel. Da wäre der Balkon mit kleineren Möbeln durchaus nutzbarer.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit allem Komfort den man für einen Urlaub auf Usedom braucht.
Von Loddin aus kann man hier so ziemlich ganz Usedom mit dem Rad erkunden.
