The Inselhaus is located on the sunny island of Usedom in the tranquil town of Bernsteinbad Kölpinsee, right on the Baltic Sea coast.
Situated close to the beach, you can reach the beautiful Baltic Sea beach in just a few minutes on foot.
The communal sauna in the basement, complete with a shower and relaxation area, offers additional ways to truly enjoy your vacation.

Apartment 3 in the Inselhaus Kölpinsee is located on the mezzanine level facing the unobstructed field side and is a wonderful vacation home for families, couples, dog owners, or solo travelers in need of relaxation. Just a few minutes’ walk from Usedom’s long sandy beach, this is an excellent place to relax; bakeries, a supermarket, the train station, various restaurants, and bike rentals are just as close. You won’t need a car for this vacation. Facing east, south, and west, Apartment 3 not only offers plenty of sunshine but also delights with sweeping views across the fields to the natural landscape surrounding Kölpinsee. A path along the lake leads you to the Baltic Sea beach, including a dog-friendly section, so your relaxation begins right at your doorstep.
After a long day at the beach, your vacation home features a spacious living, kitchen, and dining area with a cozy corner sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy balcony with an electric grill. A smart TV, Blu-ray player, and a selection of DVDs, games, and books provide entertainment. And if it does happen to rain heavily, you can also spend a relaxing afternoon with a good book in the sauna area in the basement, which is available to all guests for a small fee (2 x EUR 1.00 / 10 minutes).
Two bedrooms (one with a double bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00 m, a second small bedroom with two single beds), a sunny shower room, Wi-Fi, a parking space, and a small dog bed await up to four guests, big or small. A washer and dryer are available in the basement for a small fee if needed. The apartment has not only been lovingly furnished and decorated, but is also fully equipped. Plenty of dishes, silverware, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, pillows and blankets for the cooler months, summer and winter comforters, mattress toppers, information on recreational activities, cozy lighting, plenty of vacation reading material, exterior blinds to block out excessive summer sun, insect screens in all rooms, a dog bed and bowls… little extras can be found throughout the apartment to make you feel “at home on vacation.”
