Built in 1999, this vacation home in Kölpinsee is situated in a quiet area close to the beach. In just a few minutes’ walk, you can reach the magnificent Baltic Sea beach on the sunny island of Usedom.
In addition to beautiful vacation apartments, the house offers parking spaces right on the property, a lockable storage room for your bicycles, and terraces and balconies for your enjoyment.

Vacation In Kölpinsee, this is epitomized by the sound of the waves on the Baltic Sea beach, the picturesque sunsets over the Achterwasser, and the beautiful hiking and biking trails through forests and meadows along the coast.
Feel at home that’s what your spacious and lovingly furnished vacation apartment offers, located on the first floor of a vacation villa built in 1998 in a quiet setting. No matter the season, the bright rooms make you feel right at home while still allowing you to relax away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Unwind in a cozy recliner, enjoy the wonderful Baltic Sea air on the balcony, or spend pleasant hours watching TV or playing games.
Free Wi-Fi is available during your stay. This way, you can stay up to date or share your vacation photos with loved ones back home.
If you’re traveling as a couple, you’ll have a living room with a recliner and a spacious bedroom at your disposal. If you’re traveling as a family or with a group, you can use the comfortable sofa in the living room as a bed.
In the bedroom, you’ll find a three-door closet with plenty of space for your hanging clothes. Two travel cribs can be easily set up.
In the bright living room, with its dining area and open kitchen, you can wind down gently in the evening. A smart TV, a Blu-ray player, and many books are at your disposal.
From the living room, you can step out onto the beautifully furnished balcony.
