About this house rental
Short-term executive housing option for 1-6 persons. Located in Divario. This is one of St Georges premier subdivisions located near the Sunbrook Golf Course and the beautiful southern Utah open desert (Mountain biking and hiking) and still a short drive to eateries, entertainment, sport venues and work centers.
Brand new built home with al the basics covered for a short-term housing need for relocation, job assignment or housing displacement. Hot tub optional - ask for details.
Host is here local and reachable via phone and text. We try to stay away from the property unless you need us.
Divario is a new subdivision where there are many established homes as well as new home construction taking place. It is located on the edge of open nature as well with access to bike and hiking trails.
The primary suite has a Queen bed and private bath
Guest room 1 is a queen bed and shares a common bathroom
Guest room 2 is a single bed and shares a common bathroom
Open patio space with grill and afternoon shade
The home has a 3 car garage. The owner does keep items in the third bay and the garage will only accommodate 2 cars for tenant guests at this time.
HOT TUB: There is an option for the hot tub to be part of your rental experience. $300.00 more per month will cover weekly hot tub service, chemicals and offset for utilities. If this is a feature you are interested in just let us know and we'll craft it into your stay.
Internet is provided but TV service is not. Plan on providing your own subscription plans to Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. as needed.
