The condo was very clean and as advertised. It was wonderful to have access to a pool. It’s about an hour to Zion National Park but the drive is very scenic. There’s plenty of things to do in St. George as well.

The views! This condo is cute, cozy, and clean! Nice updates have been made - love the wood flooring. It is nicely decorated. This condo contained everything needed for a delightful stay, and Lynette was responsive and helpful in every interaction. I do want to mention there are a lot of stairs and steps to navigate with luggage, but we enjoyed our stay - especially sitting on the patio enjoying the views. Amazing!

Lynette was easy to communicate with and very friendly. Check in and check out instructions were very clear. Great location! Highly recommend Nonna’s Italian restaurant it is about a five minute drive from the house.

We had a terrific time at the property and enjoyed the view and amenities which were very close. The pool was a dream, nice and warm. And the staff at the club were very helpful, especially for checking out equipment. The condo itself had easy parking and was beautifully decorated.

A lovely, peaceful, quiet spot. It was our 3rd visit here and everything was clean and tidy. The kitchen is well stocked right down to the lemon press which we did not expect :) Loved having a toaster (seemingly uncommon in vacation rentals for some reason) A lot of attention paid to detail. This is our 3rd time to stay here, and we have reserved it again for next year.This place is in a perfect location to every thing you could want to do. The view is outstanding, and the condo has everything you could ever want, including a crockpot. It is decorated very well, and the king bed in the master is extremely comfortable. We come every year and meet up with friends. Since we have found this unit, we will never stay anywhere else. We feel like we are "coming home" when we arrive.I highly recommend it.

Couple of small things like the shower head in the ensuite bathroom is a bit wonky when you try and adjust it and the fridge "sticks" making it hard to open easily, but these are small things.

It was just my husband and I staying for 3 nights, but the space was really nice! Good closet space, a well-stocked kitchen, nice living space. We were worried about the king bed in the master bedroom being too firm, but we actually slept well on it. The only complaint we have is not with the condo, but with the sports amenities. We were disappointed to find the tennis and pickleball courts full of large cracks. It was a bit dangerous to play on! Time to resurface those, Sports Village…

It was exactly as advertised with many addition perks such as laundry detergent, every available utensil, dish soap, shower body wash, Kleenex and on and on. The property was very clean, had a beautiful view, offered great communication with host and was perfect for a long weekend stay for our family. We were in town for a basketball tournament at Nets on Fire and this location was perfect as the courts were within walking distance. The property had great pools-very family friendly. In addition, the host provided great printed and digital welcome guides to help us as we had never visited St. George. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was stocked with essentials.

Our second visit to this condo. Everything was in excellent condition and clean. Great attention to detail, so many extras throughout the condo, from the lemon juicer (which we use daily:)) to the drying rack for clothes, stepladder and a long list of other items that are really nice to have in a home away from home. We enjoyed our stay here. It was a cute, little place. My kids (and I) loved all the little bird decor. And the view is beautiful! The only disappointment was that the “bed” located in the living room is an air mattress. I probably would have known that if I read a little more closely, but for some reason I assumed it was a pull out hide-a-bed. We had to scour the place for the air mattress, then some bedding to go on it. We found what we needed, but still only had bath towels for 4.

Good homebase to discover St George and surrounding area - golf courses and Zion are nearby. The place was very clean and well setup for visitors - had everything we needed. Lower suite in a muti-unit complex. Our neighbors above were quiet but we could hear their foot traffic. Second bedroom has a double bed (a queen would be preferred). Overall though, good value, functional.

The condo was clean but the property seemed to have garbage that hadn’t been picked up. It had everything we needed to be comfortable and was in a great location with a beautiful view. Thermostat was a little tricky, and the TV was hard to figure out. I wish we had known that there were quite a few stairs going down to the unit. It was nice to have the pool and tennis courts so close to us. We’ll definitely be back.

Upon walking in the condo, it had a horrible musty smell. It is on the older side and was not what I expected from the pictures. You are surrounded by condos with not much privacy so you have to keep the drapes closed. I felt like I was in a hole most of our stay. The location was good…fairly close to Tuacahn, which is why we were there. The pool was decent. I would not choose to stay here again. It got the job done, but I really wasn’t impressed. It was clean, but the smell was bad…you did get use to it after a while.

This is a large condo project that is now mostly rentals, and it was very quiet in September when we visited. We enjoyed the facility's hot tub. We felt very safe. We had a slight TV issue when we arrived, and the Owner was very responsive and solved it by the next day. Wonderful customer service! Lovely views.
