Summary:
Feel the vibe of Southern Utah with the colors and décor in this condo. The view is "astonishing" and one you will want to enjoy all day! Ideal for a family ready to stay and play!
The Space:
Sports Village has always been a favorite for families on a budget. This condo is one you will definitely want to stay in. It is located "on the rim" - in the newer of Sports Village - and there are no stairs to the front door. It is in building "S" which is within a short walk to the Clubhouse / amenities. A very open floor plan, fantastic view comfortable bedrooms & a first class kitchen!
The master bedroom has a King bed with comfortable linens and a private bathroom attached. Bedroom 2 has a Queen sized bed and twin bunk beds, perfect for a traveling family, with a bathroom across the hall. Each bedroom is lined with fresh clean linens and both bathrooms are stocked full of paper products, soaps/shampoos, and towels. (A twin size rollaway bed is in the closet with linens for one extra person.) There are separate towels provided for pool use. A full size washer and dryer is provided for your use and convenience. (You will need to bring your own laundry detergent.)

The location was great for what we were doing in the area. The only negative was that we could not get the TVs to work as there was an issue with the WI-FI.

Condo wasn’t cleaned upon checkin. But someone came and cleaned it up nice. Everything was great after that

Beautiful, clean, easy to get into unit. We had a great time! Because we cook most meals, the kitchen was a challenge for us. The unit is advertised to sleep 7 which it would very nicely do, but there aren't 8 dinner plates or 8 teaspoons. There is one great pizza pan, but one pizza doesn't feed 3 adults much less 3 children who came to visit for dinner. I also needed a 2 qt sause pan. The 1 & 1.5 qt pans were too small for us. I had to cook the pasta then try to keep it hot while I used the same pot to steam the vegetables, and the large pot doesn't have a cover. Also there was no container with a top to make Koolaid for the kids. I bought one and left it for the next group.
Something that would have added to the fun would be some kid games. The "Dominoes" have several missing.
A trip to a thrift shop or the DI nearby would add great kid games very reasonably. We would definately rent again, just have a backup plan for kitchen needs.

The condo has a nice layout, and the deck is wonderful. The reason for low ratings:! There was a strong sewer gas smell coming from the washing machine area. It permeated the condo. The agency offered to bring fans and room deodorizer. We wanted to eliminate the cause. Fortunately, outside temperature was cool enough we could open all windows and the sliding door which made it tolerable. A girl did bring over two very small fans which didn’t really help.
