Located in St. George, enjoy what this 3-bedroom condo has to offer. This fantastic property features 2 king beds, 1 twin bed, and a cozy living room with a sofa bed. With amenities like a fitness room (in clubhouse), heating, and AC, guests can relax and recharge during their stay. The 2 bathrooms come equipped with a hairdryer for added convenience. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place.
This quiet Condo is located in Sports Village Resort, 860 S Village Road, Saint George, UT 84770. It is located on the third floor so no loud neighbors above you. It has easy access parking right in front of the building. There are no assigned spots. Feel free to park under the covered parking or closer to building. For your viewing enjoyment a 55" flat screen TV is in the living room. There is a fully functional dine in kitchen stocked with pots, pans and cooking utensils to make your stay feel at home. Large bathroom with full sized shower/tub combo on the first floor. Pool towels are supplied for use, please don't leave at the clubhouse. Complimentary starter pack of toiletries such as body soap, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer are supplied.
The condo is spacious (1,846 sq ft) and great for families of all sizes! This unit sleeps 8 people with a very comfortable space that includes 2 bedrooms.

-Twin bed and a desk adjoining the King bedroom. It does have a door for privacy, but you will need to walk through bedroom 1 to use bathroom.

We have a Pack N Play for babies. PLEASE NOTE, you will need to go up some stairs outside to get to our condo. We do NOT have an ice maker so you might want to purchase ice.
We offer free High speed wireless. Also included is Hulu Live TV service, streaming hundreds of channels for your enjoyment at no additional cost. There is a secure keyless entry pad on door for self check in. You will be provided a personal code upon your arrival.
You will be close to all the main attractions! This is by far the best option in St. George for overall value. Pay far less than a hotel and get so much more.

-4 community charcoal BBQ grills with picnic tables located outside clubhouse under a Cabana next to pools.
-2 Large heated Pools (one 18+ pool and a family pool) Pools will be closed Monday following Thanksgiving and reopens on Friday of Presidents Day weekend.
