This Bnb is adorable. It had everything we needed for our week stay. Very nice bathrooms and towels. Very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. My only complaint is that the sheets are microfiber, and are really beautiful, but I have a hard time sleeping in microfiber- it makes me so hot and sweaty. Other then that a great stay

Very nice condo in great location. Easy access to St George and surrounding area. Host was very helpful and the unit was just as described.

The cleaning lady stayed 40 minutes beyond our check in time (4 pm). We were not given any warning that she would be there after our arrival. It was inconvenient for us. An apology from the cleaning lady would have been appreciated.
She did not dry the bath towels properly and left dirty dishes in the dishwasher. We complained to the property manager. She responded immediately; she apologized and said she would refund our cleaning fee. I appreciate that.
The apartment itself is fairly nice. The stairway leading up to the apartment, however, is a bit run down and could use a fresh coat of paint.
The dumpster is located about 100 yards from the apartment, so be prepared to take a not-so-short walk when taking out the trash.
The community's pickleball courts (one of the reasons we chose this property) were in poor condition. The large cracks on the court seem dangerous.
The price of this property was very reasonable. I guess the old saying is true: You get what you pay for.
Overall, I was reasonably happy but will probably pay more for a more upscale property next time.
