Spacious 2BR/2BA St George Condo-Better than a Hotel!

Very nice, clean and comfortable place. We'll book again.

We really didn't get to enjoy much of the property as we had many adventures close by and just pretty much slept there. hahahaha But it was great and the futon couches were VERY comfortable!!

We had a great experience with our stay. Property managers were very timely with their responses. Condo was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed using the outdoor amenities.

It was pretty good and it was fine for our stay but the bathtub and bathroom door didn't work and the place itself could use a little facelift but it was fine for our stay 👍

The property was ok. The pool area is under construction so the only pool on the property was a lap pool which was not suitable for small children. My biggest complaint was the mattress in the main bedroom, it was extremely firm and uncomfortable.

Came down for the Marathon. This was a great place to rest up and then chill post run. Easy process and communication with host was great when needed.

We had such a great time! Awesome amenities on the property, always something fun to do! Spacious, and had everything we needed!

This condo is in a nice location. Owner needs to inform guests that this is a multiple condo building and the unit is downstairs. There isn't a way to get to inside without using stairs. One room is all bed, no where to set anything and tight walking space. The dish supply is lacking ceramic bowls and didn't even have four decent coffee mugs. The coffee maker is one cup capacity and there aren't any saucepans. The property is showing it's age. The owner was responsive to our call.

This was a great condo for our family and a wonderful place to stay in St. George that was close to some great hikes and good restaurants. We loved the clubhouse, the pool and the miniature golf! We will definitely be back!

We had the property booked for 3 nights and left after the first night. The cleanliness of the property was concerning .

The unit was a place to land after a day of exercise. We felt safe and were able to have separate spaces. It is a condo, not a house. The place needs a little TLC but we made it work.

The place worked well for my family, and I love this area. The clubhouse is right out back, and my kids love playing in the heated pool.

We enjoyed our stay at this unit. It was very clean and tidy. Two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms accommodated 6 in our family comfortably. Besides enjoying outdoor adventures in the area, we also enjoyed the pool and tennis and some board games at the condo. Highly recommend for families.

Great place for a girl's weekend! Comfy beds and nice big TV.

It was adequate and had everything that we needed but there were a few things that the cleaning crew could have done a better job on (jam on a door and a few noodles in the sink) and there was a funky musty smell that could have been from smoke (maybe a neighbor?). The sports village is a favorite place of our family.

This property was in a great location. It was nice and spacious. The layout was great. We enjoyed having two bathrooms. We enjoyed using the pool/club house. We also loved having covered parking. It helped keep our car cool and we didn’t have to look for a parking spot. Our only complaint was the mold in one of the showers. The other bathroom had dark long hairs all over the floor. I think the cleaners didn’t sweep/mop that floor. Other areas were clean though. The linens were clean and the floors were recently vacuumed. We would stay here again.

We had a great time here. The living room is really large. We really like the amenities at sports village. We enjoyed having pickleball courts right outside the condo and access to the pools. Although, the primary pool behind the clubhouse isn't heated, the secondary pool is nice and warm. Also great access to mountain bike trails.

Great location, easy booking and well stocked unit. Everything was great and would highly recommend. One thing I would note is the unit needs some air fresheners. It’s pretty musty smelling.

Good property - pretty much as expected. Easy to communicate with manager / owner. A few minor flaws with the unit but nothing that prevented us from having a nice stay. Bed in the 2nd bedroom was a bit hard on the back. The televisions them selves were great! The television service (Firesticks) were problematic. We were unable to watch s few shows we wanted to watch (Sporting events) and learning to manipulate the different set-ups on all the TVs was a bit frustrating. Overall good experience and our family LOVED the clubhouse, pool, BBall court and the location of the property.

The condo was in a great location for us, both for where we needed to go, and proximity to the clubhouse and pool. The living room is very roomy, but the furniture and layout are different from the pictures we had seen. A new cable system had just recently been installed (see more detail on that below) and the coffee table had been moved under the TV so that the equipment could be set on it. As a result, there was no table or end table to set things on while you were sitting on the couches. (We put barstools at the end of each couch, and that worked okay.) The area rug in the living room needs a rug pad under it, as it kept inching towards the coffee table whenever it was walked on, and bunching up in front of it, which created a tripping hazard. We kept picking the rug up and move it back into place so that we wouldn't trip on the bunched up areas. The pictures of the unit that we had viewed online showed a desk in the living room, but it wasn't there. The beds in both bedrooms were very comfortable! The master bedroom was large and sufficiently appointed, with plenty of drawer and storage space. We couldn't figure out what the light switches inside the door in the master bedroom were supposed to control, and one of the bedside lamps didn't work -- probably just needs a new bulb. The second bedroom is VERY tiny -- just enough room for the bed and one small nightstand -- NO bureau or dresser for clothing. Perhaps some drawers or shelves could be installed in the closet? Bathrooms are both very nice and updated, and all the plumbing worked fine. The unit was clean enough. The sliding doors to the outside were hard to move. Adequate dishes, utensils, and cooking items in the kitchen, except that the can opener didn't work at all. We had to borrow one from friends in another unit. It was nice to have the washer and dryer, but both had seen better days. The dryer took a long time to dry the clothes, and the washer shook very hard and noisily while spinning. Abigail, the owner, responded promptly to my questions, however we never did figure out how to get the living room TV to work -- she provided us with a phone number of the cable company, but our schedule in St. George was so busy that we just didn't have time to mess around with it. It would have been nice to have a TV to watch in the living room but, as I said, we were so busy we didn't really miss it too much.

This condo is spotless and super clean. Has everything you need. Amenities are awesome and kids had plenty to do! Will definitely stay here again

We had a great experience. The only thing we didn’t love was the outside being worked on the whole time so it was loud and we couldn’t use the outside exit... which was out of the owners control.

We really enjoyed our stay as the room was very spacious, clean, and well kept. Beds were very comfortable which made for pleasant sleeping. Looking forward to staying here on future visits.

It was fine. They said a washer and dryer would be provided and was not. They dishes were still dirty in the cupboard, but overall the place was clean and bedding was clean..

We had something come really quick and this property worked great. The hosts were terrific, responded very promptly to our reservation request. We found the property very clean and ready for our arrival. Thanks for a great stay.
