About this apartment rental

Las Palmas #206 looks northwest toward Snow Canyon State Park with lovely views of the mountainsand the city as well. Enjoy the sunrise and sunset from the large deck of our beautiful condo. We recently remodeled: new paint, new carpet and flooring, new living room furniture, and new mattresses.The well-stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals plus plenty of cupboard space for what you bring with you. There are three good-sized bedrooms, two full baths, and a family room with two hide-a-bed sofas, a double recliner, a big-screen Roku TV, and WIFI. A large table in the dining area seats 8-10 people for those all-important family meals. The condo can easily accommodate up to10 people. The complex has two swimming pools with hot tubs, a walking path, children's playground and shuffleboard. The Hub has a workout area, snacks, pool and ping pong tables, showers, tow hot tubs, and an Olympic-size outdoor pool, an indoor pool, a slide pool, a wading pool, a splash pad, and pickle ball and basketball courts. Just a few blocks away is the BLM managed Zen, Bear Claw, Poppy, and Barrel Ride mountain bike trails offering some of the finest mountain biking in southern Utah. Paved trails are accessed on Dixie Dr. The paved trail goes all around the city and out by the Virgin River. Very nice ride! We have a one-car garage for used for bike/gear storage. An elevator is available for easy access to our unit. We are minutes from downtown St. George, baseball and soccer fields as well as pickleball courts. We are less than hour from Zion National Par, Las Vegas is about a 1.5 hour drive, while Snow Canyon State Park and Tuachan are 20 minutes from our place. Cedar City and the Shakespeare Festival are 45 minutes from our place.Come and stay at our lovely condo while visiting beautiful southern Utah!

Clean, spacious and well-stocked, the condo had everything to make our stay in St. George simply fantastic. The space was warm and inviting. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of bath towels, pool towels, pillows and blankets. The decoration and furniture were well thought out (with nice touches like the luggage racks for suitcases). The large kitchen was well supplied with cooking supplies and condiments. Three large couches with throw blankets and no one wanted to leave! The views on the deck were stunning and we found ourselves out there watching the sunrise, sunset and everything in between. We loved visiting “The Hub” and playing pickleball. So many amenities, I can’t list them all. Lesli and Arthur’s instructions on how to work everything were clear easy to follow. The condo is located in a quiet part of town, easy to get around, markets, shops restaurants all 5 minutes or less away. We hope to come stay again.

When we got to the rental and walked in, it was clean and look just like the pictures of course, we had some problems with the water we were still able to use the restroom. We just use bottled water to brush our teeth to wash our hands and anything else. luckily there was the clubhouse that we were able to use the showers for a couple of days. As soon as I let Leslie know, she sent a plumber out to check it out and to address the issue, she was very accommodating. And we made the best of our day by the third day. The water was just about back to normal and we were able to shower at the rental. It’s in a great neighborhood. Leslie made things right with us at the end and I would definitely stay there again. The host were very nice people..

I enjoyed my stay here. The kitchen was well appointed with everything I needed. I only have 1 warning to future visitors. The WiFi is not conducive with streaming, zoom calls or even FB. I ended up using my phone’s hotspot when necessary. So, if you are looking to work remotely while staying here, you might have an issue. Other than that, I loved the property. The view was spectacular and went on for days. And although some of the pool chairs were in need of repair, the multiple pools were fun to use. Definitely a fun place for a family group.

This is one of the best condos we’ve stayed at in the area. We typically come to the area a 2-3 times a year. If you have kiddos the amenities are top tier. The condo was very well stocked, clean, and spacious. It was very last minute and a holiday weekend but no hiccups at all. We will definitely book with them again!

This condo really met our needs. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio eating and playing cards and looking out at the mountains. This had everything we could possibly need for cooking family dinners and more. They have extra blankets, towels, spices, cooking supplies and more. Fun family atmosphere with lots of activities. We liked playing pickle ball & swimming. Our boys liked working out at the gym & trying the ninja course located right by the facility.

The condo was very spacious for our 5 adults & one teen. The master bedroom had a huge closet & very comfortable king size bed. The kitchen was well stocked & it was nice to have the gas grill on the huge l-shaped balcony. Morning looking out on the exquisite sunrise above the utah mountains....breathtaking! Family members kept complimenting me on my selection of property!! I did great I must admit!! The bikes were an added bonus for my son & his daughter....rode them every day!

Perfect property for the price-conscious traveler who cares about quality. It was nice and clean. Property owners were very responsive. The views from the balcony were amazing. My kids (four under 10) loved the pools, basketball, pickleball, and ping pong, and pool table. It made the trip for them. The entire resort feels a little older -- like it is nearing a need for a major refurbishment -- but it is all clean and well kept.

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds and couches, huge deck with great views! Close to the main swimming pools/ clubhouse. Nice sized main bathroom. Kitchen was a little on the smaller sized which could be a problem if you have a larger group than we did and several people want to be in there at the same time, but it was fine for us. Two things we weren't crazy about was the lighting in the bathrooms ( need brighter daylight bulbs for women to do makeup), and the shower heads were really low. Now that's not a problem if you are 5'5" or less, but the three of us are 5'10 and above. I'm 6'4" and had to do some real bending to wash my hair. It's not a condo where things are so high end that you are afraid to touch anything, but for us it was perfect. There are 4 bikes in the garage, two for adults and two for kids. After the initial misunderstanding of trying to get the lock box open that is by the door with the code we were given instead of actually opening the storm door and looking at the front door that has the code box on it, everything was fine. Thanks Lesli for being patient with us on the phone! The only problem we had was very noisy neighbors above us who thought it was okay to bang around until 0400. Wish we had a number we could have called to get management or someone to get them to be quiet. They didn't care that they were bothering us. When we stay at other resorts, there is always someone we can call to get these things resolved. Overall we really enjoyed this unit, and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

We had so much fun staying here. The kids were excited about all the amenities, especially all of the pools. The house was well organized and ready for quests. Had a cute little Christmas tree and smelled amazing. Everything was self explanatory in the binder and was easy to follow. We loved the space. Thank you for opening up your home to us. Very nice apartment, clean with a lot of amenities. Great views of the mountains with a beautiful deck to help enjoy the views. It gets hot at night in the bedrooms, but they provided a fan which was helpful! Would stat here again!
