3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom condo with views and full Green Valley access for 10 people. Sleeps 9-10 in beds. Large living room, dining and kitchen area. Huge deck with sectional sofa, table, seating and BBQ. You will love staying at Las Palmas with multiple pools, splash pad, water slides, pickleball, basketball, playgrounds and other activities. Mountain biking and hiking trails just a few blocks away (Bear Claw Poppy, Barrel, Zen, Stucki Springs and other Trails all nearby). Great location to stay and see area State and National Parks including Zion National Park, Snow Canyon State Park and Sand Hollow Sate Park. See a play at Tuachan or visit great nearby parks including Cottonwood Cove Park or Tonaquint Park with the Thunder Junction All Abilities Park. Free Wifi

Definitely needs some updating but the location and anemities are excellent. Host was extremely responsive. Needed an iron and host had one at front door that evening. View from deck was worth sitting out at night. My only complaint was that the fan on AC would never turn off. Even on auto it ran continuously.

The owner was very accommodating and responded quickly. Everything was very clean and well kept. The children loved the bunk bedroom and everyone enjoyed the large patio area with a couch outside there, and table to sit at. The beds and the living room couches were extremely comfortable. And the grown-ups enjoyed the large walk-in shower by the master bedroom. It was a wonderful place to stay!
