"Short-Term Rentals - Lifetime Memories" - come make some memories! Stay at the newest and nicest complex in St. George right next to the Las Palmas Resort. This townhouse was just finished in February 2020. Brand new and very luxurious. People are raving about the upstairs den featuring 2 full over full bunk beds (sleep 8 in one room).

Literally just steps away is the huge pool with a kids water dome, a slide, 2 hot tubs, and a waterfall. Use the Weber bbq and enjoy 5 TVs with YouTubeTV (local channels and sports), Disney+, and Netflix already installed.

4 bed/3.5 bath. Sleeps 14. Maximum Occupancy 14. Bed Configuration: Master (downstairs)- king, Master (upstairs) - king, Guest - king, and Den - 2 bunk beds (4 fulls). 2 levels, entry is bottom level. 2000 sq feet. Built 2020.

The place was nice, it had a good layout with bedrooms and bathrooms.A little extra cleaning would go a long way. Every dish, utensil, pan or glass that I got out I had to wash. There were only five forks for 8 people staying.The linens had to be the cheapest worst thing I have ever slept on. You can get sheets for a descent price that would make a world of difference.The area was nice and convenient to get around. The kids loved the pool and play area.

The only problem we had was the water doesn’t get very hot. But it was roomy and the bedding was nice and clean. We would love to stay there again. The hosts text back quickly if you have questions. Close to pool and hot tubs. Nice place to spend a weekend

Such a nice property with a ton of space! The pool and hot tub is fun for the kids and we could walk down to the pickleball courts. I would definitely stay there again!

We stayed here and the AC didn’t work the entire time. Even though it cools off at night the place was hot. We called the first night they sent someone over while we were gone and said they fixed but they didn’t. The women we talked to could have cared less and wanted us to open more widows and door. If was a bad experience don’t come here unless you like to sweat

We were in town for a baseball tournament and we had 14 people the max for the house, I thought for sure there was going to be no room and we were going to be bunched up. I was wrong Such a big spacious house, the kids loved the bunk beds and we all loved the pool and hot tub. Nice quiet area and clean clean clean. We will be back and will definitely come here again.

This townhouse was perfect for our stay. The kids loved the bunk room/tv room. Especially the bigger beds. Beds were comfy, bedding was pretty. It was so nice, spacious and fit our party of 9 so easily. The pool is so close and was fun for the kids. Communication with the owner was hard as they didn’t respond to some questions and took several days to respond to the others. To help others the checkout time is 11:00. The VRBO says 10:00 but the welcome email says 11:00. My only other thought was upstairs you hear the heater turning on and off CONSTANTLY and it sounds like a jet taking off. It kept us up the 1st night. The other nights we played white noise on our phones and it was fine. I’d stay here again!!

Roomy, we’ll appointed condo. Lots of space for lounging, plenty of beds and baths. Close to Zion, Sand Hollow, Snow Canyon. Easy day trips to Bryce Canyon, Cedar Breaks and the Grand Canyon. Nice pool and water slide on site. Well stocked- extras that I didn’t expect- coffee, spices, even laundry detergent. The only negative(not sure it is a bad thing), I couldn’t find a broom, lots of sand. Otherwise- a great trip, unbeatable scenery and activities near by.

Very impressed with this unit! Updated and well supplied. Plenty of room to cook in and grill was a nice touch. Didn’t love the knifes and cutting boards but we love to cook. Little warning to those who are on a walker, you have to use stairs to get in the unit and parking lot is not handicap accessible. I gave it 5 stars because I did not look for or need handicap accessible until recently so not the units fault. I would definitely return to this property!!

We had a great time

Our family stayed at two different condos. Each one had good things and not-so-good things. One was wheelchair accessible while the other one was not. One had a lot of cups and plates the other one had not as many cups but more plates and bowls. The one bunk bed have more distance from the lower bed to the upper bad the other one felt claustrophobic. The one had three king size beds and the other one had two king size beds and a double bed which was, as my sister said, a taco bed. Overall we had a good time. We enjoyed the pool and hot tubs. One problem was the cell service but we compensated with the internet service.

Great for families

Great for families

So much space and loved the layout with a bedroom and 1.5 bathroom on the main floor. It was cleaned and well stocked. The only things that would have made it better would be more towels and washcloths and the parking was a little confusing but all worked out great and we loved that they provided the pool towels. The pool was beautiful and the slide was fun for all ages. Thanks for hosting us, we hope to come back soon!

Nice, new property. 4 bedroom and 3.5 bath (no waiting for showers). Owner easy to work with. Plenty of space for 10+. We only had 5 people and we spread out for max comfort and privacy. We will definitely stay again.

Great, easy check in, and the property was neat, clean, and matched description! The pool on the other hand was very dirty! Lots of sand in the hot tub and pool, the bathrooms were very dirty! Not a single roll of toilet paper, and the garbages had not been empty and it stunk so bad you couldn't stand to go in them! Very disappointed in the pool and its cleanliness.

Brand new and clean! Plenty of space for everyone. Very well thought out floor plan. The teens enjoyed having outlets next to each bunk bed. Only drawback is they only provide 6 pool towels without charging an extra fee when the condo accommodates 14 people. Ceiling fan in the master bedroom did not work. Disney + in the kid's bunk room did not work.
