We love Sports Village in St. George! Though an older complex, we love the racquetball courts, the swimming pool, ping pong tables, mini golf, shuffleboard, and pickleball courts. Though run down in some cases (the mini golf especially) we always have fun. The condos, however, have been a struggle! But that is absolutely not the case with this rental!!! The whole place had been remodeled and it felt very new and comfortable as well as beautiful!!! The bathrooms were amazing, the beds were comfortable, and the new washer and dryer was a very pleasant surprise!!!! Ketra, the host, was kind, and communicated with us very well. Honestly, we won't stay anywhere but here going forward when we go to Sports Village!!

Very clean and perfect location. The only downside was there were a lot of stairs and we both have bad knees. It was a struggle getting our luggage up when we arrived and down when we left. Otherwise, we loved the place.

The unit was very cosy and comfortable. Felt like home. The location was perfect for us getting to and from our events. The unit was stocked with lots of bedding and towels. We had a great time! While the property has all the amenities for a family get away, it is a bit older and the facilities are a bit worn. We enjoyed the pools and gym which were great. I’m sure in its day it was spectacular. Great location. The condo was equipped with everything we needed and it was clean. The host was awesome and easy to work with. Instructions were explicit for everything, leaving us with no questions upon arrival.

The condo was clean and just enough space. It’s dated, but no big deal. It’s a pet peeve to have to complete a list of chores before checking out (take out trash, wash and dry pool towels, strip beds). When paying a cleaning fee, I don’t feel I should have to do some of that work.

This is a great organized property and the amenities are super fun for a family. The pools, courts and basketball areas are all contained in one fenced area, it would have been a really great place to stay also when our kids were younger.

The cleaning lady stayed 40 minutes beyond our check in time (4 pm). We were not given any warning that she would be there after our arrival. It was inconvenient for us. An apology from the cleaning lady would have been appreciated. She did not dry the bath towels properly and left dirty dishes in the dishwasher. We complained to the property manager. She responded immediately; she apologized and said she would refund our cleaning fee. I appreciate that. The apartment itself is fairly nice. The stairway leading up to the apartment, however, is a bit run down and could use a fresh coat of paint. The dumpster is located about 100 yards from the apartment, so be prepared to take a not-so-short walk when taking out the trash. The community's pickleball courts (one of the reasons we chose this property) were in poor condition. The large cracks on the court seem dangerous. The price of this property was very reasonable. I guess the old saying is true: You get what you pay for. Overall, I was reasonably happy but will probably pay more for a more upscale property next time.

The communication with the property owner was excellent. Instructions for check in made finding the property and getting in easy. Very quiet neighborhood. Right by the pool area and pickleball courts, so convenient but if on the deck a bit noisy on weekend. Just went to the adults only pool which was excellent. Overall very clean, lots of room and the kitchen had all the cooking and eating utensils we needed. Beds were very good. Would likely stay again on a future trip.

We stayed only 2 nights but found this pleasant community to be in a great location. Particularly enjoyed having the pools to relax in after a day of hiking. Beds and furniture were comfortable, kitchen was nicely stocked. Good instructions for accessing the condo on arrival. Would definitely rent again.

We really liked the two bedroom condo that we stayed in. Next time we go with VRBO it would be nice to be able to say I need to be on the bottom floor. That option was never given to us and we were on the third floor and several of us could barely make it up the stairs

Great little place. Except that Master bedroom never seemed to cool down ... yes even with the fan. We covered the back door with a blanket to make it bearable. Had a hard time sleeping.
