The Space:

Step inside to a relaxed Hawaiian interior with tropical artwork, a practical full kitchen, and space to settle in after the beach. This one bedroom, one bath condo sleeps up to four in two beds and includes air conditioning and a washer and dryer. The lanai gives you an outdoor place for coffee or a late lunch before heading back to Kiahuna Beach or the Poipu Beach Athletic Club.



Guest Access:

This home at Kiahuna Plantation offers access to the resort's communal pool, hot tub, and gym, with resort access and a safe on site. The 35 acre grounds are lushly landscaped with gardens and outdoor seating, just a short walk from the beach.



The Neighborhood:

Poipu is Kauai's sunny south shore beach town, known for easy access to sand, water, meals, and family friendly resort time. Kiahuna Beach is a quick walk away for swimming, snorkeling, and surf play, while the Poipu Beach Athletic Club offers a pool, diving board, hot tub, sandy bottom kids area, and fitness room. Poipu Shopping Village is close for dining and browsing. It is a convenient choice for families who want beach days to be simple and everyone to have something to do.



Getting Around:

Lihue Airport is about 30 to 40 minutes away, a pretty drive across Kauai's south shore. A rental car is recommended to reach Poipu's beaches, Koloa town's shops, and nearby dining with ease. Old Koloa Town is walkable for boutiques and restaurants, while beautiful beaches are just a short drive away. Parking is generally available on site or in small lots around town.



Other Things to Note:

• The guest laundry facility at Kiahuna Plantation Resort is located at the far eastern end of the property, a shared facility available on site for guests staying in units, with hours of operation 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM each day.

• No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

• This property is managed by Heavenly Vacations.

• All guests shall abide by Heavenly's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.

• Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
