Kiahuna Plantation is the only beachfront condominium resort in Poipu, surrounded by over 30 acres of lagoons, lily and koi ponds, swaying palms, tropical flowers & fruit trees. The white sands and blue crystal waters of Kiahuna Beach are perfect for sunbathing, swimming, surfing, snorkeling, and romance. And a short walk to fine dining at the Sheraton.

We offer beach chairs. The resort rents snorkeling equipment and other equipment. A local company will deliver, for rent, a port-a-pack and high chair.
You will have the entire one-bedroom space, top floor, with no one above you.
Our assistant manager is local and readily available. During waking hours, we, the owners, are always available by phone or email.
Please be mindful not to track sand into the condo. It is a major cleaning challenge. Excessive sand triggers an extra $140.00 cleaning fee.

Property gardens and view were outstanding! A/C and fans worked well. Plenty of markets, restaurants, activities nearby. Beach loungers and chairs easy to use right at the beach. Great swimming /surfing beach. Pool area was nice. Plenty of clean towels. Parking was easy and close to our unit. Walk to other beaches and restaurants. Couch could use replacing pretty uncomfortable and a bit dirty. Many lightbulbs missing. Great vacation.

We loved our stay at Kiahuna Plantation! It’s the perfect location, with beautiful grounds and easy access to 2 of the best beaches in Poipu. This condo had a beautiful view and was a very short walk to Kiahuna Beach, and a short walk to shops, cafes and the athletic center. We also really appreciated the AC and the condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was super nice and excellent to communicate with. Highly recommend!
