About this apartment rental
Located in the Poipu Resort area, Pili Mai 7F is situated on 35 acres of landscaped lawns and gardens filled with tropical flowers. Enjoy an open air gathering place with barbecues, air conditioned work out facility, and a large swimming pool, spa, and kiddie spray pool.
This newly-built, ground-floor townhome has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The master suite has a king bed and opens directly to the patio with a beautiful view of the golf course and the blue ocean waves on the horizon. The second has a queen bed with adjoining full bath. There is additional sleeping on the comfortable sleeper-sofa in the living room, sleeping a total of 6!
The open, full kitchen is equipped with all new appliances: full refrigerator and stove, Ninja blender, microwave, dish washer, and Keurig coffee maker. The dining area seats six and looks out over the ocean, golf course and gardens.
You'll have your own private, ground-floor balcony with a table and six chairs, featuring views of the golf course as well as ocean and mountain views.
This also features a private, one-car garage with additional parking right in front of the building.

A fantastic base for our Kauai adventures. Everything we needed was there. Lots of space and a garage with goodies, too! Beach chairs and umbrella saved the day! Would absolutely stay here again.

- The master bed was so uncomfortable. We had back aches the entire night, we kept tossing and turning, and my husband felt like he was rolling to the center of the bed. I moved to the couch for part of one night for more support. The pillows were also so uncomfortable. Other than the hard decorative pillows, the pillows had so little fluff in them that they provided no support, only neck aches. As sleep is so important to enjoy ourselves during the day, we would not stay at this particular unit again solely for this reason.
- The sheets/pillowcases were old and stained.
- There was no garage door remote control, at least none that was provided to us. We had to park outside, go unlock the door inside and go through the house and garage to open the garage door, then go back outside to drive the car in the garage. It was hardly worth the extra hassle.
- There was no ice upon arriving. We thought the ice machine was broken at first, but after an hour or so of investigating, we realized the ice machine was in the “open” position. You have to reach into the freezer and turn the ice machine to the “close” position. I’m not sure how guests are expected to figure this out themselves. The property manager said she would deliver a bag of ice the next day, but that never happened, and I didn’t receive any further communication about that.
- The lanai was in the sun in the late afternoon/evening, so unfortunately we could not have dinner outside.
- The hot tub was way too hot
