About this apartment rental

Kahala Poipu Kai 312 is a ground floor, two bedroom, two bathroom end unit with outstanding views. A portable A/C is located in the living area for your comfort.

The unit opens to rolling green lawns and the greenbelt walkway to the beach. Well maintained with an updated kitchen, tile floors, beautiful lanai located at the magnificent Poipu Kai resort.

Visitors, you dont need to worry about renting gear on the island. This unit has beach equipment in a collapsable beach wagon that you can take to some of the most pristine locations on the island . Sleeps up to 4 people; and up to 6 with use of the living room sofabed.

*Rates are based on Season and subject to change until reservation is confirmed. Taxes and fees apply and will be shown at checkout.
Reservations include Poipu Beach Athletic Club membership $30 per night. Access to PBAC is for up to five people.

24/7 on-Island Manager is Poipu365, or after hours emergencies call.

Beautiful property with scenic views. Close to Poipu beach. Only giving 4 stars because the owner/property manager doesn’t return emails when you have a question which is quite frustrating.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this condo during our honeymoon on Kauai and absolutely loved it! The place was beautifully decorated with a beachy, Hawaiian vibe that felt both fun and relaxing. Everything was spotless and looked brand new, from the stylish furniture to the thoughtful décor.The kitchen was fully stocked with great cookware and dishes, which made it easy to cook a few meals and enjoy quiet evenings in. They also provided beach towels, toys, coolers, and everything else we needed for a perfect day out.The ocean views from the lanai and being just a short walk to the beach were a huge bonus. It truly felt like a home away from home and made our honeymoon even more special. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

This place is walkable to everything in Poipu. Our family rented 3 different units in the complex and had the best week ever in paradise!

Reserved in March 2023 for stay in December 2023. While I was in line to pick up my rental car AT THE LIHUE AIRPORT(!!?!), I received a call from a Poipu 365 person, telling me my condo wasn’t “ready”, but it would be on Thursday (this was on Monday before Christmas). She stated they were working on the lanai and it wouldn’t be done “for a few days”. The condo they offered was not close to equivalent: 2 queen beds instead of a king and twins (for my husband and I and 2 sons, both over 6 ft tall). No ocean view, not as close to amenities (Brenneke’s beach, Kalapaki Joes, the nice pool, etc.) The back “deck” felt overgrown with vegetation and was strung with cobwebs, the freezer door appeared covered in orange stains of some kind, pocket doors to the toilets were “stuck” and difficult to close. I spoke to the property agent who arranged to “clean” Kahala 312 that night (our original condo) but we weren’t able to use the lanai until the day before we departed. This was > $6000 for 6 nights (after taxes, fees, etc.) I asked for some refund and was told I would get a “15% discount”. I have received no refund, and they returned the cleaning deposit to my husband’s VISA card (which had been used a few years ago), not my card which was the one used in the transaction. We love Poipu and have stayed at many condos in Kahala, Regency and Manualoha at the Poipu Kai complex. We will not likely book with Poipu 365 again.
