Waikomo Stream Villas 530

Great location, walking distance to food and beaches. It is a beautiful unit, especially the kitchen which seems recently renovated with lots of counter space. Unit stayed cool and comfortable with ceiling fans and AC. Beautiful view of the stream from the lanai. Parking next to the unit was easy and then its a walk up all the stairs to the third floor. We didn't use the complex pool but took advantage of the Poipu Beach Athletic Club pool, which my 3 year old loved for the water slide.

Wifi was a major issue, nonworking most of the time and I did not have cell service either, though my husband did. We were graced with nightly cockroaches wandering the walls and ceiling that made it harder to sleep. Cockroach/lizard dropping on walls, lampshades, dripping down tops of wall. The unit smelled musty, and the washing machine was loaded with mold and I was not comfortable using it.

The villa is beautiful, comfortable, and spacious. It has everything you need for a small family. Ceiling fans and a/c made it very comfortable for sleeping. The location is excellent, close to the beach and shops. The grounds are beautiful and we had a view of the stream from our lanai. It felt very private even though it is a condo. We would definitely stay here again.

Not much to complain about! Sometimes cars would drive by sharing their music very loudly with everyone around them. And the WiFi was a little unreliable.
