Unit 44 at Kiahuna Plantation is a fully remodeled and newly updated ground-floor end unit with split A/C in both the living room and bedroom — just a 2-minute walk to Kiahuna Beach and the Great Lawn.
Combining Kiahuna's relaxed island atmosphere with a completely updated interior, Unit 44 features a remodeled kitchen, remodeled bathroom with spacious walk-in tiled shower, and ceramic wood-look tile flooring throughout. We recently completed an additional top-to-bottom update with fresh paint throughout, refinished woodwork, new split A/C, and new furnishings, decor, lighting and California king mattress.
The result is a fresh, comfortable island retreat designed for an easy, relaxing stay in Poipu.
THE CONDO
Located in Building 9, Unit 44 is a private ground-floor end unit with extra windows, natural light and easy indoor-outdoor living. Enjoy Kauai's tradewinds when you want them, or close everything up and enjoy individually controlled split A/C in both the bedroom and living room.

BEACH DAYS MADE EASY
One of the best things about Unit 44 is how easy it is to head to the beach.
A dedicated beach-gear closet just outside our front door keeps your beach gear close at hand. We provide beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler, a boogie board, snorkel gear, floating lounge chairs, a large beach tote and dry-storage bag.
Grab what you need and head across the lawn — Kiahuna Beach is only about a two-minute walk away.
Another nice convenience is easy access to two nearby foot-wash stations — one just off our lanai and another along the walkway near our front door — handy after a day at the beach.
Kiahuna's Beach Hut also provides towel service and offers additional beach gear rentals.
KIAHUNA PLANTATION & POIPU

Kiahuna Plantation is a wonderful place to stay. Doreen was great with communication. The resort is quiet and so accessible to the beach, pool, and club house with many activities. Very child friendly too. This is our go to resort when in Kauai.

Lots of chickens. Sprinklers are loud in the early morning. Open air unit so it's a bit noisy.Great access to the beach, pool is off site but quite nice.
