About this apartment rental
This condo is decorated and furnished with a comfortable tropical, 'home-away-from-home' feel. Since it is family-owned, we take great pride in keeping it immaculately maintained. The on-site management team, Castle Resorts & Hotels, will ensure that during your stay you have everything you need. We hope whether you stay for a week, a month, or just a couple of nights, you will make wonderful memories that last a lifetime.

Our 1 bedroom, 1 bath easily sleeps 2-4 and boasts many comforts:
-Bedroom includes new king-size Mattress with Rattan bed and plenty of storage space.
-Fully equipped kitchen with soft white Corian countertops, Refrigerator with ice maker and Bosch dishwasher, cuisinart drip coffee, Keurig and espresso machines.
-Bathroom includes custom tile work in the bath/shower. Washer /Dryer in closet. Multiple hair dryers and make up mirror and cooling ceiling fan
Fun, beautiful original woody wagon paintings
-A pull-out queen bed in the living room
-Two TVs with DVD players, IPOD dock, FREE WIFI
Pack and play and small chair for the little ones that attaches to the antique wooden table.
We have also added more personal items that we think will make your stay more convenient and relaxing, such as:
-Beach umbrella
-Beach cooler for your lunch
-Boogie boards
-Extra kitchen amenities such as cocktail shakers and premium glassware
Multiple tools for the BBQ
Besides all of the amenities, what makes Beach House 144 so sought after is the location. Our unit has a partial ocean view with the living room and lanai facing the beautifully manicured grass lawn and tropical gardens. It's very quiet, and has wonderful ventilation due to our corner, ground level location. It is also completely handicap accessible.
Our resort’s pool is located across the street at the 'Poipu Athletic Club'. You will have ALL ACCESS to this amenity included in your rate. The large pool has a jacuzzi, small waterfalls and a fun waterslide in a “grotto” type setting. It has a shallow kids area, perfect for babies/toddlers. It also has tennis courts for your use, at NO extra charge.
Barbeque your meals on one of the resort's many BRAND NEW BBQs, or cook inside the unit using the fully equipped kitchen. You can also walk or take a short drive to many wonderful top-rated restaurants nearby. Fine dining, shopping, art galleries and world-renowned golf are all conveniently within walking distance or a 5-minute drive.
More of an adventurer type? Take surfing lessons at Poipu Beach, visit Spouting Horn, explore the Na Pali coast by tour boat, get an aerial view of the island via helicopter tour or hike Waimea Canyon. Kauai's picture-perfect landscape has been featured in Jurassic Park, Raiders of the Lost Ark, South Pacific, Fantasy Island and many other films and TV shows.

View was absolutely what they advertise and we loved it!!! The kitchen was as advertised fully stocked with coffee and drinkware!! Pack kitchen towels though there were NONE!! We used a bathroom hand towel only to find out half way through our stay the resort does not give you fresh towels or TP during your stay!! So we were literally given one bath towel, one wash cloth and one hand towel per person for an 8 day stay... ICK!! We travelled with another family and their rental provided them with laundry detergent to at least do a few loads of laundry. We have stayed at Kiahuna many times and never have we had such issues in receiving common essentials. I dont know if this is an owner issue or Castle Resort issue but unfortunately it left a sour taste for sure. Also the screen in the bedroom was half off so needless to say the first couple of nights we were eaten alive by bugs... still lathering up in cortisone!! Make sure you check the screens when you get in the room ASAP!!

Wonderful stay perfect cozy condo with all the necessary beach amenities. Both king size bedroom and pull out sofa bed very comfortable. Nice patio area. Close walking distance to breakfast lunch and dinner, beach & sea turtles. The resorts Trees & gardens are A! Very very family friendly. Everyone up at 0700 and down by 8pm, nice place to enjoy the full day!

The bungalow is wonderfully situated and very comfortably and attractively furnished. It's in a beautiful property with great views and a terrific beach. This is my wife's and my second stay at the bungalow, and we look forward to returning next year.

Close walk to the beach and a pretty nice place. However, the pull out mattress was unbearably uncomfortable. Not only did it squeak at the slightest movement, but the center of the mattress is a sink hole for the body. It would be easier to sleep on the floor. So if you plan to use the pull out method, be advised.
