This cozy vacation apartment awaits you in the Mönchgut building in the renowned Baltic Sea resort of Sellin. Its compact 26 m² of living space offers room for up to two people – ideal for exploring the island of Rügen at your leisure and fully enjoying a break from everyday life.

A special bonus: With your booking, you benefit from free daily access to the AHOI Water Park and Adventure World for up to three hours (excluding June 29 to September 14, 2026). Furthermore, a new fitness program will be available starting Easter 2026, adding an active element to your vacation. Enjoy modern training facilities, an inviting atmosphere, and diverse programs that combine motivation, efficiency, and the joy of movement – all free of charge.

The apartment is located on the third floor of the Seepark Sellin. The Baltic Sea with its fine sandy beach and the idyllic Sellin Lake are both just 900 meters away. Shops and a bakery are within easy walking distance.

The accommodation is comfortably furnished: Wi-Fi is provided free of charge, as is the initial supply of bed linen. The combined living and sleeping area features a double bed and blackout curtains. A modern bathroom with shower, toilet, and hairdryer, as well as a well-equipped kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker, and toaster, offer additional comfort. A television completes the amenities. This non-smoking apartment allows one pet.

A bicycle storage room and a children's playground are available for shared use.

A security deposit of €100 is required for the apartment, which will be refunded within five business days after departure and proper handover of the apartment.
