The holiday apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the Seepark Sellin complex and is only about 900 meters from the Baltic Sea, the fine sandy beach, and Lake Sellin. Shops and a bakery are within easy walking distance. The apartment includes free Wi-Fi and a complimentary initial supply of bed linens. The combined living and sleeping area features blackout curtains and a comfortable double bed. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and hairdryer. A kitchenette with a coffee maker and toaster allows for easy self-catering, while a television provides entertainment. This is a non-smoking apartment, and pets are welcome. Bicycle storage and a children's playground are also available.

A security deposit of €100 is required for your stay and will be refunded within five business days upon proper departure and without any issues.
