Located in the popular Baltic Sea resort of Sellin in the Mönchgut building, this 26 m² vacation apartment is ideal for up to two guests and offers the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation on the island of Rügen. Guests benefit from an attractive price advantage year-round: Upon booking, they receive a 25% discount on admission to the adjacent AHOI Water Park and Adventure World. Starting Easter 2026, a modern fitness center will also be available, combining strength and endurance training with a relaxing vacation experience – featuring high-quality equipment, a motivating atmosphere, and free use of all training facilities.

The vacation apartment is located on the third floor of the well-maintained Seepark Sellin complex. The Baltic Sea, the beach, and Lake Sellin are just 900 meters away. Shops and a bakery are within easy walking distance. The apartment offers free Wi-Fi and includes initial bed linens. The combined living and sleeping area features a convenient Murphy bed and can be darkened. A bathroom with shower and toilet is included, as is a fully equipped kitchenette with a coffee maker and toaster. A television provides additional comfort. This non-smoking apartment allows one pet.

Guests also have access to a bicycle storage room and a children's playground within the holiday complex.

A security deposit of €100 is required for the apartment and will be refunded within five business days of departure, provided the apartment is left undamaged.
