Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire 3-bedroom house, including the fully equipped kitchen, private over-the-water deck, patio area, and the private boat dock. Free parking is provided on site for up to 3 vehicles in the front driveway.

You will be just a short drive from pristine sandy beaches, popular lakeside restaurants, and local marinas offering boat and jet ski rentals.

Spend your days exploring the breathtaking scenery of Emerald Bay, kayaking to Fannette Island, or hiking down to the historic Vikingsholm Castle. For family fun, head to Heavenly Epic Discovery for zip lines, a mountain coaster, and scenic gondola rides. Summer in South Lake Tahoe also brings lively outdoor concerts, farmers markets, and vibrant street fairs to enjoy



Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended to fully experience everything the region has to offer, from hidden beaches to scenic mountain trailheads. Our property provides 4 convenient, uncovered parking spaces directly in the front driveway. For alternative transportation, local bike paths run throughout South Lake Tahoe, and water taxi services are available during the peak summer months.



Other Things to Note:

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates.



The homeowners may access their boat on the private dock during guest stays.



Please note there is no open boat slip at this property



Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.



4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.



While our standard capacity is 6 guests, we gladly welcome up to 5 additional children under the age of 12.
