- Area rangers strictly enforce all Vacation Rental ordinances (parking, noise violations, camping, etc). If a citation is received, the guest will be responsible for paying both guest and owner citations, up to $2,000
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Access passes are required for the community amenities. Guests may purchase passes at the TKPOA Pavilion Office front desk.
- $50 per pass, valid for 7 days. Each pass admits the cardholder and up to 3 guests. Passes are issued only to guests listed on the rental reservation. Guests who wish to use these amenities must purchase and pay for their own passes directly from the TKPOA Pavilion Office. The cost is not included in the rental price
