The Tahoe Keys in South Lake Tahoe is a premier waterfront community with fantastic community amenities. This private marina neighborhood features both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, an indoor hot tub, private beaches, tennis courts, pickleball courts, a basketball court, and a beach volleyball court with stunning lake views. Families enjoy a children's playground, while boating enthusiasts benefit from private boat docks and direct access to Lake Tahoe via scenic inland channels. These amenities require an additional daily fee, payable at the Tahoe Keys property owner’s association office. A rental agreement is required as proof of your stay.

This home accommodates up to 11 guests, with a maximum of 8 adults. Children under 13 are welcome within the 11-person total. 4 cars permitted. This applies 24/7.

Pets: 1 dog allowed with pre-approval and fee. No other animals. Crate required if left unattended. No dogs on furniture or beds. Excessive barking or neighbor disturbance not allowed. Guests pay for extra cleaning or damage caused by pets.

We follow Rent Responsibly standards and VHR ordinances. Noise-monitoring equipment protects guests from complaints. Outdoor security cameras ensure parking compliance. No interior cameras are used.
