The Space:
Inside the home is a master bedroom with a king bed, walk-in closet, jetted tub, shower stall, double sinks and private deck. Then, throughout the rest of the house is another king bed, one queen, two doubles, two twins, and one extra bed. The spacious kitchen has ample cabinetry and tile countertops. The living room features tall ceilings and a gas fireplace. Also, there is a den area with a freestanding pellet stove. The home is equipped with WIFI and free domestic calls.

The amenities in this home are extremely attractive. As stated, there is a full kitchen, gas fireplace, and freestanding pellet stove. Also, there are four large HD TVs throughout the house, ceiling fans, wooden blinds, a covered deck, uncovered deck.
Furthermore, there are many exciting things to do around the property. It is located in a forested setting on a very large lot with beautiful mature trees surrounding it. Also, the home is only minutes to Heavenly Skiing and local casinos.a
Guest Access:
Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.
READ BEFORE BOOKING:
Upon booking, you will receive a separate request via Airbnb resolution center for the Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) which is not included with your booking. The State of California requires us to collect tax on the rent from every guest staying 30 days or less. This feature is not currently supported on Airbnb. Here is the tax percentages associated with your stay:TOT = 4%
Please note, check-in details will not be sent until the mandatory taxes are fully paid.
Other Things to Note:
Per Local ordinance, the county wants travelers to pick up keys and to check-in in the office, educate guests and do a property overview. For this reason we don't do self check-in. Thanks for understanding!

Interaction with Guests:
Pet Policy: This property is pet-free, NOT pet friendly. Please note if an unauthorized pet is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.
No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00
We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries, and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.
