The only reason why I did not give five stars is because the upper deck was not cleared of ice in snow. Every hot tub session had cold melting snow dripping on our heads. Being that we had 50 weather. We would’ve liked to hang out on the deck a little more.

We had an excellent stay! Beautiful views. Quiet neighborhood. House is in great condition and very well labeled throughout with instructions and helpful directions. Kitchen is as stocked as everyone else says. Management company was very responsive and helpful, even sent someone out same day to handle an issue quickly. We would love to book again someday.

We had such an incredible stay at this rental in Tahoe! The unit was spotless – by far one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed. Everything felt fresh and well cared for, and the appliances were top-notch, which made the stay even more comfortable.What really stood out, though, was the property management company. Their customer service is unmatched – friendly, responsive, and just so easy to work with from start to finish. I truly think they are the best in Tahoe. It’s rare to find a team that makes the whole process feel effortless, but they absolutely did.We’ll definitely be back, and from now on we’ll only be booking from their portfolio. Highly recommend!

Not old people friendly too many stairs also not pet friendly dog fell down stairs plus check in times need to change
