Nearby Emerald Bay is a must-visit for kayaking to Fannette Island or hiking down to the historic Vikingsholm Castle. For those looking for panoramic "Big Blue" views, the Stateline Lookout trail offers stunning vistas of the entire basin.

The neighborhood provides easy access to Heavenly Epic Discovery, where you can enjoy mountain coasters and zip lines. Whether you are finding balance with SUP yoga on the calm morning waters or enjoying a sunset cruise on the MS Dixie II paddlewheeler, the area offers endless ways to experience the natural beauty of the Sierras.



Getting Around:

A car is essential for visiting top summer attractions like Emerald Bay, Sand Harbor, and various hiking trailheads along the Tahoe Rim Trail. While the immediate area is great for walking near the water, a vehicle will allow you to explore the diverse beaches and parks surrounding the lake. Parking is available for 3 vehicles directly in front of the townhouse.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates.



Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.



A Note on Shared Amenities: Please keep in mind that these spaces are operated by the HOA. Because of this, they are subject to seasonal availability—common seasonal closures may include April-May and Sept-Nov—and we can't be held responsible for unexpected closures or repairs.
