This home accommodates up to 10 guests, with a maximum of 6 adults. Children under 13 are welcome within the 10-person total. Parking for 2 cars in the garage, and 1 in the driveway. These rules apply 24/7.

Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, TV & shares a full bathroom w/ bedroom 3. Bedroom 3 has a double-over-double bunk w/ an extra trundle bed perfect for the kids. If you still need a little extra sleeping space there’s a sofa sleeper in the upstairs living room.

• Both the City of South Lake Tahoe and El Dorado County take rental compliance very seriously. Please review the rules outlined in your rental agreement to avoid fines or enforcement visits.
Key ordinances include:
• Occupancy and vehicle limits must never be exceeded.
• Street parking is prohibited.
• Outdoor areas of the home may not be used after 10 p.m.
• Trash must be placed in designated bear-proof containers or dumpsters (locations posted on the fridge).
