The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen equipped with oven and hob, microwave and fridge, a dining room with seating for seven guest, a sitting room with TV and a snug. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor king-size, a family room and a twin, along with a ground-floor bathroom. Outside there is off-road parking for four cars. Within 0.2 miles you will find a shop and within 0.5 miles you will find a pub and please note that one well-behaved pet is welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Pineside is a lovely escape for a holiday in Dorset. Note: More pets welcome on request, may be subject to an additional fee. Note: There are open tread stairs in the property, please take care. There is a good housekeeping bond of 350 GBP.
