Seaside Haven at Uncle Simon's House

The nature house Uncle Simon, with three bedrooms, for up to 6 persons, is placed directly on the beach in the bay Soline on the island of Pašman. A makeshift and somewhat coarse (gravel / earth) road over the hill, that can be affected by weather conditions, leads to the house. This road is passable for a normal car, with slow and careful driving. Pets are welcome against surcharge. During the reservation process, please inform about the number of pets you are travelling with. The kitchen, the dining area and the living room are in the same room in which there is a fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with cookware and tableware, a refrigerator with a freezing compartment, a stovetop and a SAT TV. Two of the bedrooms are with double beds and the third with two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with toilet, washbasin and shower. Running cold and warm water is installed in the kitchen and the bathroom. The water and electricity should be spent here sparingly. As the water is staying in the tank in hot weather, we recommend it to be boiled before drinking, or that the users of accommodation would purchase bottled water for drinking. Please do not use your own electrical appliances in the house, with the exception of cell phone and laptop chargers. You will be charged for any damage caused by ignoring this warning. Bed linen is prepared for you. Fresh bed linen is put to disposal after each week of stay. Bathroom towels and beach towels are not available, please bring your own. There is also a furnished terrace and a barbecue. The surrounding area which belongs to the property is large and well kept. The three outdoor showers are provided with a boiler that heats by the warmth of the sun. We recommend that you bring your mobile phone, so you can contact us in case of need. You may recharge your mobile phone in the house, with your regular household recharger. However, the quality of Wi-Fi and cell phone signals can vary greatly there. There is the possibility to rent a motorboat (on request, and provided that the client owns an acknowledged boat driving license for open waters). Ferry tickets are not included in the price. The island of Pašman is very close to the mainland - only 15min with the ferry. This island is a great destination for all water sports lovers. Additionally, there are walking, cycling and trekking trails on the island, starting from this house, along which various kinds of Mediterranean healing and aromatic herbs can be found - perfect for all nature enthusiasts. Minimum stay is 7 days. It is possible to rent this house through the winter, there are heating possibilities. Please state in your inquiry with how many pets are you travelling. Kindly check in during the morning till early afternoon at our agency in Biograd, because the transfer and the arrival to the reserved accommodation unit is very inconvenient at night.
