The holiday house with two bedrooms is located directly on the beach on the island of Pašman, in the bay of Mala Kruševica, and is available for rent during spring and summer, until early autumn. From the covered and furnished terrace you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea. There is a barbecue in the yard. The house is accessible by car at about 50 m, on an uneven gravel/dirt road. This improvised road can be significantly damaged due to the weather (rain), so careful and slow driving is required. The advantage of keeping your car next to the house where you spend your vacation is that you remain mobile, and you are able to go on day trips for which there are an extremely large number of possibilities in the surrounding area. The island of Pašman is an excellent destination for all those who enjoy water sports. In addition, there are hiking, cycling and trekking trails on the island, which are also near this house, along with which you can find various types of Mediterranean medicinal and aromatic plants, which is especially interesting for all nature enthusiasts. The kitchen is equipped with an electric refrigerator (100 l refrigerator, 50 l freezer) and a gas stove. Running cold fresh water from a tank is installed in the kitchen and toilet. The outdoor shower is based on thermo-bags, which are filled with water and placed in a sunny place to obtain hot water for showering. Bed linen is prepared for guests and fresh is at disposal after each week of stay. Towels are not provided, so please bring your own. Water and electricity should be used sparingly here. Given that the water stays in the tank during the summer at high temperatures, if it is to be used for drinking, it is necessary to boil it beforehand. Most of the guests therefore decide to buy drinking water in bottles. Water can be freely used directly from the tap for cooking and washing. The 12 V electricity is solar-powered, so we ask our valued guests to note that it is not allowed to bring and use electrical devices except for mobile phone chargers. We recommend that you bring your mobile phone, so that you can contact us in case of need. You can charge your mobile phone at home with your usual charger, which enables an inverter in the home. Please note that pets are not allowed. Guests can have WiFi (WLan) internet in the house with the purchase of a prepaid SIM card at a price of around 10 euros for 7 days of flat rate internet. Guests need to insert this SIM card into one of their devices, which will then act as a hotspot. Ferry tickets are not included in the rental price. Renting a motor boat is possible, upon request, with the condition that the guest must have with them a boat driving license valid on open waters. The boat berth is located in front of the house and can be used at no extra charge. We recommend arriving at our agency in Biograd na Moru during the morning to early afternoon, because getting to the house at night is difficult - even impossible after the last ferry leaves for the island. After registering with our agency, you travel to the island.
