Seaside Haven on Pašman Island

The holiday house with two bedrooms, for up to 6 people, is located on the island of Pašman, in the bay of Mala Kruševica, right on the seashore. One of the bedrooms and the bathroom have separate entrances outside the rest of the house. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, an electric refrigerator (170 l refrigerator, 42 l freezer) and a gas stove with two burners. There is also a bed for two people in the kitchen. Hot water for showering in the bathroom is provided by a gas boiler. A solar outdoor shower is also available. Towels and bed linen are prepared and fresh ones are made available after each week of stay, while beach towels are not offered. The terrace in the natural shade, with a view of the sea, is furnished. The built barbecue is located in the yard. Guests can have WiFi internet in the house with the purchase of a prepaid SIM card at a price of around 10 EUR for 7 days of flat rate internet. Guests need to insert this SIM card into one of their devices, which will then act as a hotspot. Water and electricity should be used sparingly here. Running cold water is installed in the kitchen. Given that the water stays in the tank during the summer at high temperatures, if it is to be used for drinking, it is necessary to boil it beforehand. Most guests decide to buy bottled drinking water. Water from the tank is fine for cooking and washing. Electricity of 220 V is solar powered. It is not allowed to bring and use own electrical devices except for mobile phone chargers. We recommend that you bring your mobile phone, so that you can contact us in case of need. You can charge your mobile phone in the house with your usual home charger. Renting a motor boat is possible, upon request, with the condition that the guest must have a valid boat driving license for open waters. This beach house is accessible by car, the road is rough and requires slow and careful driving. The island of Pašman is a great destination for all who enjoy in water sports. In addition, there are hiking, biking and trekking trails on the island, which are also near this house, along with which you can find various types of Mediterranean herbs and spices - perfect for all nature enthusiasts. Ferry tickets are not included in the rental price. Pets are welcome for an extra charge. Please indicate in your inquiry how many pets you are traveling with. We recommend arriving at our agency in Biograd na Moru during the morning to early afternoon, because getting to the house at night is difficult, even impossible after the last ferry of the day leaves.
