Coastal Haven with Pool and Scenic Bay Views

Nature house Quercus with pool is placed directly on the beach on the island of Pasman, in the bay Čerenje.This holiday house can accommodate up to 6 persons, in two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. The open-plan kitchen with living room contains a sofa for two persons. WLan (WiFi) Internet and TV are available without further charges. In the kitchen there is a refrigerator (120 l) with freezer compartment (45 l), and a kitchen stove with 2 electric and 2 gas rings and an oven. The bathroom equipment includes a shower and a washing machine. The washing machine can only be used during the day while it is sunny. Running cold and warm water is installed in the kitchen and the bathroom. Bed linen and bathroom towels are included, fresh are delivered once a week. Beach towels are not available. Electricity is generated by solar power, 220 V. The tank contains 40 000 l sweetwater, but as it is staying in the tank in hot weather, we recommend it to be boiled before drinking, or that the users of accommodation would purchase bottled water for drinking. Only the ground floor of this holiday house is open for guests; the 1st floor is not in use by anyone and is locked. The holiday house gets rented only as a whole. In the garden there is a barbecue and an outside shower, for which the water warms up by the warmth of the sun. The roofed terrace is furnished, the sunbeds are available by the pool. The holiday house is accessible by car on a makeshift and somewhat coarse (gravel / dirt) road over the hill. This road is passable for a normal car, with slow and careful driving. The parking is in front of the house, free of charge. Ferry tickets are not included in the price. Minimum stay in July and August is 7 days. The house is bookable all year through, however the pool is open only 01.05.-01.10. Bring along your cell phone, so you can contact us in case of need. You may recharge your mobile phone in the house, with your regular mobile phone recharger for household use. There is the possibility to rent a motorboat (on request, and provided that the client owns an acknowledged boat driver´s license). The boat berth is available in front of the house, free of charge. The island of Pasman is a great destination for all water sports lovers. Additionally, there are walking, cycling and trekking trails on the island, along which various kinds of Mediterranean healing and aromatic herbs can be found - perfect for all nature enthusiasts.Kindly check in during the morning till early afternoon at our agency, because the transfer and the arrival to the reserved accommodation unit is inconvenient at night, even impossible after the last ferry to the island has saled out.
