The Coach House, Frinton-on-Sea

Extremely clean, beautifully presented to a high standard, well-equipped, comfortable bed.

The duvet was too heavy for this time of year, but this is a minor issue.

Our stay with Nikki and John at The Coach House was perfect, we could not fault a single thing! From the very beginning, communication with Nikki and John was superb, they were so welcoming and friendly, gave lots of helpful information about the property and local area, responded quickly, and it was clear nothing was too much trouble. This was continued in person when we arrived where we received a very warm welcome and were shown around the property. The property is stunning! The decor, fixtures and furnishings have been beautifully chosen, are of very high quality and have been installed to an equally high standard. Every aspect has been carefully thought about and nothing has been missed. It was also very clear how important it was to Nikki and John that guests have a great experience during their stay and they want to help if there were any questions or issues, so we were encouraged to pop to the main house or ring them if we needed anything at all. We didn't need them as we had absolutley no issues as everything had been so carefully prepared, but it was really reassuring to know they were there if we needed them and that they would be only too hapy to help. The property is also perfectly located on a quiet residential road with plenty of parking, just a stone's throw from the beach and a few minutes walk from the high street. Our stay at The Coach House was everything we could wish for and more! The perfect self-contained property with fantastic hosts to enjoy a trip away to the seaside. We wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely be back!

Everything beautifully clean, fabulously equipped and great location 😀

The coach house is a stunning holiday home. Which has been newly renovated, the decor is very impressive. With a high end finish, giving it a hotel feel. The property has been well thought out. You can see the attention to detail everywhere. From the very well equipped kitchen, to the hidden utility under the stairs. With lots of personal touches, welcome tea, coffee, milk and biscuits and lots of toiletries. The location is perfect bring minutes away from the beach and a short walk to Frinton High street. Nikki and John are very welcoming, friendly and attentive. We would highly recommend The coach house and will be definitely visiting again!
