The messages from the owner were clear for finding Mermaid Cottage and for the access. The photographs are true to what you find in the property. It is very close to the sea - virtually sea front, as much as you can be in Frinton. Easy walk to shops and cafes, theatre and railway staton. Microwave and kettle good for simple food or takeaways, bathroom spacious - water for cooking and drinking from the basin in the bathroom, milk provided in a spacious fridge, bar style stools to sit at counter to eat. Bed comfortable and quiet. Sofa comfortable and easy to see and use TV. There was easy parking. right beside the room. level access (with door sill as you would expect)

Property could do with being refreshed. It needs the walls having an emulsion and the woodwork needed paining. There was also also restricted headroom in the bathroom also one of the ceiling beams were low enough to hit my head
