Issue with double booking but resolved very quickly and professionally, car parking an issue with whole site! Very good site excellent for children of all ages, good onsite shop, beach lovely and pier worth a visit.

1. I had specifically emailed before booking to find out if I could stop outside the property as my daughter has mobility problems and I was told this would be possible (as long as I then moved the car to a designated spaces). But this was NOT the case, as a car cannot drive up to the steps or even near the property as there is a bin enclosure in the way.
2. We had problems throughout with the hot water, and had to call security out four times to relight the pilot light on the boiler (which looks ancient). No light bulb in the toilet. Heater in the hall didn’t work. Very thin 4.5 tog duvets are provided and no extra blankets. (we froze). The shower tap was also very erratic, and very difficult to switch off.
