Beachfront with sea views in Walton on the Naze

Excellent location with stunning seaview! Property had everything i needed for the stay and comfy all round.

The road outside the property was very busy, due to its location and so at times was a little noisy.

Super location overlooking a tidal beach (not accessible from 3/4 to high tide). The nearest pub / restaurant is just around the corner only 50m away. All the other eating establishments and shops are an easy walk away, and the Victory Pub is super. Instructions to get there, park and enter the apartment were flawless.

The downstairs carpet (common to all the flats) needs replacing. The flats windows need cleaning. It's just a little thing, but the view of the sea is the biggest plus. My fault for not checking, but be aware there is no WiFi provided.

This is a wonderful location with great views of the beach. Very comfortable and well equipped. Highly recommended and we’d love to stay here again.

The location is great as is the parking outside

The bedding was of very poor quality. Decoration in bathroom needs attention, next to the shower. Decoration in living room needs to be repaired under the bay. Only one bedside table, despite space for two. Filthy windows, ruining the sea view. The door lock is very stiff, making the door hard to open; needs oiling. The toilet flush is hard to operate and needs tightening. The kitchen cupboards are full of personal items like paint pots. The wardrobe is full of boxes, leaving no space to hang dresses. A guest directory would be useful. There’s a very strong smell of smoke in the communal hallway. Some of the neighbours in the building made us feel uncomfortable. The pots and pans have seen better days; luckily we ate out. The cooker stands on its own, nothing to either side for hot dishes. The phone signal is very poor so wifi is badly needed.
