The position, perfect to walk into town,or beach. Everything required in house and very comfortable beds,great showers. Beautiful courtyard garden ,sunny every morning to sit in . Lovely place to stay,Monica didn't mind any messages.

Poor flush on downstairs toilet,needed extra water to flush . Front door lock stiff to turn and to exit if you have limited strength. Otherwise all perfect

The location and size was great. Good value for money.

From the moment you walk through the front door, you feel like you have walked into your home from home. The property is situated in an access road behind the high street shops, which might be a bit tricky to find. Car parking is right outside the front door, and has plenty of space for a large vehicle. Shops and cafes are a few minutes walk away, and the sea front a ten minute walk. In the large kitchen on the ground floor you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay tucked away in one of the many cupboards. Be careful of the Qettle tap! It really does give instant boiling water! This property is a really good find, and we will definitely book again next time we are in Frinton-on-Sea.

There were lots of great appliances to make life easier. My family especially liked the Qettle tap, once we'd worked how to use it; your instructions really helped here. As a disabled person, my sister loved the fact that there is a bathroom downstairs with a walk-in shower. She slept on the sofa bed and only went upstairs once, to have a quick nosey around. The property is very central and has parking.

There was anything I didn't like. The property is a little quirky, down a lane behind the main shopping street. It is certainly unusual but very comfortable and spacious.
