Coastal Nest - Premium flat,3 Minutes to the Beach

All we hoped for..New and modern. Private parking found at back of property which was very handy as road parking is very hard to find(lots of roads have double yellow lines). Everything I needed, within the kitchen area was available ,ovely hot water at all times. In the bedroom you will find a lovely bed,(mattress for us, just right, very firm) with the lovely big pillows you should find yourselves having a good night sleep. Shower / toliet room very modern and clean.,good size room. Owners/staff always answered any emails we sent within 10/15 minutes Husband and I had a lovely little break. Husband lived in walton as a small child.. We hadn't been back for years.

Actually, nothing...the only thing I would say,( please don't laugh) could not find a dustpan and brush. Just for bread crumbs etc in the kitchen area.

Location very good, a parking space round the back much appreciated. Comfortable bed and a good shower. Communication with the owners very good, they respond very quickly . The property is very well equipped and a few minutes walk to both Aldi &M&S foodhall and a Tesco express over the road. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we're in the area.

One thing I did find a little unsettling was that we were only sent the keycode an hour before we could access the property, it came through on time but it would be nice to get it earlier.The sofa was uncomfortable, it is a sofa bed but for sitting to watch tv it wasn't great. You can't access the property from the parking space which means wheeling your luggage round, we passed everything else over the fence. One issue we did have was there was no instructions for anything including what to do with the rubbish, the air con, tv or white goods, however it didn't cause a major problem and we managed okay.

The bedroom was nice and cool. A lovely firm mattress on the bed. The bathroom was spacious with an electric shower. The kitchen seemed to have lots of stuff although we didn’t cook. The Victory pub did some great food along with Yates fish bar which has a restaurant.

We thought the sofa was very uncomfortable and the street noise was incredibly loud, mainly from vehicles. The parking space at the back is quite compact.

The attention to detail in all areas was a credit to the owners / managers
