Met our needs for attending a local family event. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach.
A little basic given the price of the accommodation. Some cleanliness issues.

Loved everything about the apartment

The owner was particularly responsive when I raised very minor concerns about the property. The beds and the sofa were very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with some thoughtful items, like little boxes of cereals. The property was light and airy and overall it was clean. Great location for Walton on the Naze.
Booking.com sent me a code - so I assumed this was the correct code. I then got another message from the manager / owner / booking.com during our check in-time with new instructions and a new code. Given the poor signal I was lucky to get this message. I think the new code message should have been sent sooner. Tesco's delivery very early every morning made the upstairs bedroom noisy. The minor concerns - but the owner responded very quickly.

Very clean and comfortable. Great location, near shops and beach.
Slow Wi-Fi, no parking, automatic very bright lights which wasn’t ideal in the middle of the night, one bathroom downstairs to main bedroom
