Completely renovated apartment of 65m2 by an architect, The Purple Suite has been created so that you feel like in a 4 or 5 star hotel and that you can enjoy all the necessary comfort.
The apartment consists of a large suite with a king size bed 180/200 with a mirror located just above as well as a Philips ambilight TV and gives access to a large bathroom with an xxl walk-in shower. and its Italian SPA/BALNEO bathtub with integrated chromotherapy for total relaxation alone or in pairs under a starry fiber optic sky.
The bedroom overlooks the kitchen area open to a large living room thanks to its sliding doors which gives incredible clarity to all the rooms.
The fully equipped matte black kitchen and its central island is open to the living room giving a feeling of space to the main room.
All the furniture has been chosen with taste, we find in the living room an XXL Philips ambilight TV and its home cinema as well as a water vapor fireplace built into the TV cabinet, we can also completely change the atmosphere in one click. light in the apartment and in each room thanks to the Philips HUE system.
You have access to all parts of the apartment
The Joliette district is in full expansion, renovations are underway to beautify this booming sector.
The Purple Suite is located in an art deco building from the 1950s, ideally located:
- 5 minutes by car from Saint-Charles train station.
- 20/25 min by car from Marseille airport.
- 200 meters on foot from our magnificent, recently renovated Majore Cathedral and 5 minutes on foot from the MUCEM.
- 3 min walk from the Terrasses du Port and the Docks-Villages.
- the apartment is located just behind Place de la Joliette.
- also very close to the oldest district of Marseille "Le Panier" and the old port.
The car park is free, I will provide you with access to the Q-Park de la Joliette car park which is 50 meters from the building via a resident badge 24/24 and 7/7
